From October 2012 I have enrolled the University of Tokyo for a masters degree on Digital Fabrication, during the first semester we have developing construction methods with tensegrity systems. Trough the use of digital tools as Rhino, Grasshopper and Kangaroo we simulate the environment on how the structures will work and after that we develop physical mock ups. This is a research lab, so there is no end but the time. What I am showing here is the result of the first semester of work, we will carry on to develop the system to built it scale 1:1 in August 2013.

KITCHEN REFURBISHMENT

HI THERE, THIS IS THE KITCHEN OF THE SAME HOUSE PREVIOUSLY SHOWN.
THE HOUSE PAINTED COMPLETELY IN WHITE WORKS IN CONTRAST TO THE BLACK OF THE KITCHEN, WITH THE INTENTION OF MAKING A STATEMENT OF MODERNITY FROM THE OLD AND ABANDONED BUILDING THAT I FOUND AT THE BEGINNING.

As a main intention of this blog, I want to show you a bit of my trajectory, and of the work I have been doing for the latest years of my career. This is one of the latest buildings I took part, designed by the Architecture Firm SheppardRobson. www.sheppardrobson.com SR is one of the leader practices in the United Kingdom. I worked there as part of a team who developed this amazing building. During my time working for this scheme I gained valuable experience in high rise buildings.

Como parte de mi intención en este blog, quisiera mostrar un poco de mi trayectoria profesional, este es uno de los últimos edificios en los que participe trabajando para la firma de arquitectos, SheppardRobson. www.sheppardrobson.com SR es una de las firmas lideres en el Reino Unido. Durante el proceso de diseño de este edificio gane una muy buena experiencia en el diseño de edificios de gran altura.
